Contributions Register

The register shows contributions that have been received and recorded in the Index but have not yet been described.  It shows the following:  

1.    If there is OK in both of the last two columns then all required information has been received and the memorial is in the queue to be
         described.

2.    If there is OK in the Photo column but not in the Names/Inscriptions column then detailed photos of all sides of the memorial are required.

3.    If there is OK in the Names/Inscriptions column but not in the Photo column then a general photo of the memorial is required.  Just to
         be on the safe side it would be useful to receive detailed photos of all sides as well.
