Devonport Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall

The memorial is a brick wall with plaques and, on its north side a free-standing white marble cross known as the Long Tan Cross. On the south side is a barbecue shelter and metal flag pole. The barbecue is three-sided representing the three armed services.
The memorial was constructed by Devonport and Districts Vietnam Veterans and Devonport City Council and dedicated on 2 October 1993.

D Company 6 R.A.R. and 3 Troop First A.P.C. Squadron
who gave their lives in
The Battle of Long Tan, South Vietnam on 18th August 1966
and all Australians
who paid the supreme sacrifice in South Vietnam
