The memorial is a driveway with central plantation of rose gardens. The imposing entrance at the south end has a stone pillar on a tiled stone platform in the plantation and stone walls on either side of the roadway. The walls have metal decorations including leaves and lamps in metal containers. A flagpole is fixed on the south side of the stone pillar.
