The hall is constructed of local timber on a concrete base and has a corrugated iron roof. On the west side is a concrete brick extension with brick retaining walls and garden beds. There is a flagpole on the south side.
The hall was opened on 3 May 1922 by Cr A J Agnew, shire councillor. It was built of local timber and cost £450. The contractor was E. Thomas of Numeralla.
